I recently stayed at a fantastic apartment in downtown Dubai for a few days. The location was perfect, with easy access to the mall and stunning views of the Burj Khalifa from the pool. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, and the receptionist, Don, was friendly and helpful, always quick to respond to our messages. everything was excellent.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is stunning with easy access to a dancing fountain, it's merely a 10 minute ride from the place. Truly helpful personal. Appreciated the early check-in too.

The location of the apartment is mind-blowing, just a quick walk to the Dubai Mall and the iconic Burj Khalifa. The wifi was super reliable, and being on the twelfth floor ensured a quiet and peaceful experience. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed for cooking. The bedrooms were spacious with amazingly comfortable beds and pillows, and the large closets were a bonus. The three separate air conditioning zones kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The high-quality toiletries and large bath towels provided were a nice touch. Having guest parking and a free space in the garage was very convenient. We loved lounging by the pool and being able to enjoy the stunning views of the Dubai Mall Fountain. The apartment reception and security staff were always friendly and courteous. Despite the ongoing construction in the city, we were pleasantly surprised that it didn't disturb our stay at all. this was an unforgettable experience and we can't wait to stay here again.

We were impressed with the underground free parking, making it convenient for us to explore the city. the location was ideal, just a 5-minute walk to the Dubai fountain. We enjoyed the nice gym and pool on the 2nd floor, which offered a great view of the Burj Khalifa. the lifeguard was very polite and attentive. the hosts were incredibly helpful, always responding to our requests promptly. We definitely recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at a beautifully decorated and comfortable apartment. the location was perfect, right near the pool which was a hit with the kids. the property was within walking distance to the mall, and taxis were easily accessible on the main road. Groceries were conveniently available across the road. the check-in agent was accommodating and allowed us to check in early. the building had great security measures, with elevator access requiring a tag. the amenities, including a big outdoor pool, a spacious gym, and a play area for toddlers, were fantastic. the apartment itself was clean, spacious, and had a nice balcony with a view of Burj Khalifa. We even had our own private rooftop patio, making our stay even more enjoyable. Timour, our host, was professional, friendly, and provided a comfortable experience. Cons: Nothing I didn't like, to be fair. 😊.

The location was super lit, being close to all the hottest spots in Dubai. We partied hard at Zero Gravity, dancing our hearts out and enjoying the sick beats! And let me tell you about the rooftop pool, it was straight fire! We chilled there, sipping on mocktails and taking awesome insta-worthy pics. The apartment itself was dope, with plenty of space for all our squad. Definitely recommend it for a lit party vacation!

If there's one thing that could've been better, it would be having a dedicated party area within the apartment complex. Like, imagine having a private lounge or game room where we could crank up the music, play pool, and have an epic pre-game before hitting the town!

As a family who has been traveling for six weeks, we found the location of this property in downtown Dubai to be perfect. Just a 15-minute walk to the Dubai Mall and Tower, it allowed us to easily explore the city. The beds were the most comfortable we've encountered during our travels, earning them 5 stars. The spacious apartment was beautifully designed and worked well for our family. The host was lovely and very accommodating, even providing additional towels upon request. Underground free parking, a nice gym, and a pool with a great Burj Khalifa view added to the overall positive experience.

I always return to my favorite place in Dubai. The staff once helped with my insect bite. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, TV, a swimming pool, and an elevator. Perfect for my city trips. No regrets!
